abstract: This deliverable describes two applications that have been ported on the Grid as a part of the EUChinaGRID project using the Gilda infrastructure as the pilot test – bed: ROSETTA and JUMC NBP. The two applications are used to predict the 3D structures of a large library of “Never Born Proteins” based on their amino acid sequence. Both applications are described here focusing on their computational issues and interaction with the GENIUS web portal. Finally, the ARGO application is briefly treated, that has been integrated into various infrastructures, including Gilda.
