Hotel rooms with special price arrangements in some hotels nearby the meeting place are available. Each participant will contact the preferred hotel directly by fax/email in order to book his/her accommodation.

Please note that as in Rome September is considered high season, the availability of rooms will be not guaranteed and they will be reserved on a first come – first serve basis: we therefore strongly suggest to book your room as soon as possible.

The prices range for the suggested hotels is from € 110 to €190 per person per night. Note that, due to the particular building typology (i.e. period houses), these hotels have no “standard” rooms: accordingly, the price of each room could vary a little within the mentioned range (for example, a larger room may cost 10 Euros more than another of the same category).

If your wish to find a cheaper accommodation, you can contact these guest houses (usually held by religious institutes), offering comfortable arrangements and very reasonable prices.

If you prefer to find a different accommodation on your own, we suggest you to visit the www.venere.com and www.expedia.it web sites. In this case, we recommend you to select an hotel nearby a stop of the B line of the underground: it would be easier to reach the Conference location.
